Man what a hectic couple of months! I've been training myself to get ready for the Fire Academy and it's been the most grueling form of training I have ever gone through. I've had to tone down my martial arts practice a bit and give up sparring so that I don't accidentally ijure myself before I start my Fire training, but I have been working on my footwork, form, and attributes etc. Anyway I hope everybody's trainingisgoing good. Wish me luck in he academy it's going to be he challenge of my life. (Next to earning a full instructor certification in JKD)

I feel you I just joined the Air Force. Though physically it's one of the less demanding branches once your're in, the entrance requirements are the highest of all branches. The entrance process drained me mentally more than physically, but got through it and now everything is relaxed. I can get back to focusing on my JKD training.
