Dynamic Becoming by James Bishop

Hello to everybody,
on amazon.com they have 2 books by James bishop with the words Dynamic Becoming in the title. one is by Writers Club Press publishing and the other is by Promethean Press publishing.
Can anyone tell me if these are the same book? (one being an updated version of the other)
If Sifu is reading this can you tell me why you only recommend the one by Promethean Press?
