Hardcore Jeet Kune Do Comes to American Body Fitness

Hello Everyone!

Starting February 2nd, Hardcore Jeet Kune Do classes will be offered at American Body Fitness (formerly AC Fitness) in Roebuck. The gym is located right at Exit 134 off I-59. Once you get off the interstate, turn left onto Roebuck Parkway and you will see a Milo's on the left. Turn left just in front of the big Milo's sign. Go straight back, right into the parking lot of American Body Fitness. Enter through the center front door, then go to the left to the entrance to the gym. Classes will be held on Monday and Wednesday nights from 8:00 to 10:00. The fee for training will be $50.00 a month for one night a week, or $80.00 a month for two nights a week. There is an initial membership/registration fee of $50.00 for the class. This is separate from American Body Fitness membership, but they have excellent deals available for those Hardcore Jeet Kune Do students who are interested in joining. I will be taking orders for training clothes immediately, as well as necessary training equipment, so be prepared for that also. I look forward to seeing you there! We'll have a blast!
