hey guys,
i will get right to it.
went to tkd the other night and we did throwing (this is black belt training by the way) the girl (alot taller then me) threw me wrong and i revieved a wind and wiplash.
i have recently (like yesterday) had acupuncture to my neck .
and now i am attempting to find a better training program.
i will do some weights (high rep low weight for muscle tone) but i was wondering if anyoen has some really good drills???
and and any good balance things???
