hi guys!
rightio down to bussiness...
i have made up my mind about alot of things and the biggest is that i am going to dedicate more ofmy time and effort into jkd. now... keeping in mind that i am a school kid and i work 4 days a week after school.I am trying to come up with q technique and cardio workouts for whenever i am awake really!
the reason behind cardio is that i feel that ihave enough muscle its time now to chisel and loose some of my body fat..
forgood cardio exercises i have got
skipping
riding
running
swimming
and thats about it ... now i am not sure on how sifu runs his classes and i was wondering if you could give me a basic outline in what order you do your workouts in and what quantity...
i am really into this hey! i will hop up early in the morning if i have to to get some exercise done... it is time....
opinions and help are wanted pretty bad..

p.p.s has anyone seen bruce lee's jeet kune do movie it is narrated by bruce lee bradon lee and dan inosanto ..they say that concepts is teaching a person how to think behind the moves instead of teaching them a move and then they just have it if you know what i mean.
