chi sao and trapping

Could anyone tell me the dangers of poor trapping or rolling in both trapping and chi sao ??
I know when I huen sao or my opponent huen saos his pressure is slighty redirected,,,,so therefore the finger is of the trigger. does anyone give me some of the views.
