SIGUNG, HOWS IT GOING? HOPE EVERYTHING WENT WELL IN LONDON.

TRAINING IN THE 3 AND 5 WAY KICKING DRILL. DO I PLACE MY LEAD HAND LOW ON MY LEG DURRING THE SIDE KICK OR DO I KEEP IT UP AT ALL TIMES DURRING THE DRILL?

Hand Positions

Hi Matt!

It is perfectly fine to move your hands to strategic positions while kicking but return to the starting position of hands in front of chest/elbows down between each kick! Hope that helps!
