hey guys, sifu davis

questions: since i have rolled my ankle pretty bad (golf ball!!!) i am going to ask if anyoneknows some good exercises that are off your feet!
aerobic , strength ect ect.....

and also .. what are some good hand techniques to start off with? as i cant do anything with my feet for a while i thought this would be the perfect oppotunity to utilise my time in hands

The most utilized punches:
Backfist
Lead Straight Punch
Rear Cross
Right and left hooks
Uppercuts

You could do pushups with one foot crossed over the other.
Do you have a punching bag? If you do, here's a good exercise to do for anaerobic endurance:
You do straight punches, one right after another, like left-right-left-right and so on as fast as you can.
30 sec on bag
30 sec air
30 sec bag
30 sec air
30 sec bag
30 sec air

totaling 3 minutes. you can repeat it if you want. It's really hard if you go all out. And really great for endurance too.

1.50 PUNCHES WITH ONE POUND WEIGHT
2.50 PUNCHES WITH TWO POUND WEIGHT
3.50 PUNCHES WITH THREE POUND WEIGHT
4.50 PUNCHES WITH FOUR POUND WEIGHT
5.50 PUNCHES WITH FIVE POUND WEIGHT
6.75 PUNCHES WITH 4 POUND WEIGHT
7.75 PUNCHES WITH 3 POUND WEIGHT
8.75 PUNCHES WITH 2 POUND WEIGHT
9.75 PUNCHES WITH 1 POUND WEIGHT
10.200 PUNCHES WITH NO WEIGHT

DO THESE WITH NO REST IN BETWEEN AND YOU CAN FEEL IT I THINK ITS HELPED MY PUNCHING SPEED
