questions: since i have rolled my ankle pretty bad (golf ball!!!) i am going to ask if anyoneknows some good exercises that are off your feet!
aerobic , strength ect ect.....
and also .. what are some good hand techniques to start off with? as i cant do anything with my feet for a while i thought this would be the perfect oppotunity to utilise my time in hands
