Hey Lamar, I used the email you gave me to contact Rene and we were corresponding for a week. He said he'd be back in town in March, and hasn't responded to any emails since February. If you know anything, could you let me know? I'm a little worried---and quite anxious to get back to the training.

Yes, Lamar. I'd love for us to come up during the summer. My friend has some acres near Birmingham and he was planning on taking me to go jet skiing and such, so maybe it would be opportune to train as well.
