Shipping and handling for the United States is $5.00 for the first DVD, and $1.00 per additional DVD after the first. Foreign shipping and handling charges are based on the quantity of your order and where the order will be shipped to. (2) International or U.S. Postal Money Order - To place an order by mail, you must pay with a Postal Money Order (International postal money order for foreign countries). These are the only methods of payment accepted. NO CHECKS!!!!! Write down your order clearly on a clean sheet of paper, along with your full mailing address and the total amount enclosed.
