Sorry, but I forgot to ask something. Do the footwork, upper body tools and lower body tools include any drills that deal with equipment training. If so what kind of things can I find on these specific dvd's. Thanks again.

I just got the rest of Sifu's dvd's and stayed up till 2am watching them. thanks Sifu I am paying today for that. If you haven't got them yet -Javier just kiddin- I would suggest you get them. They are just chocked full of good vitamins... no wait wrong side of my brain, information they are worth it.
