Hello Everyone!

I just wanted to personally thank each and every one of you for the well wishes on my birthday yesterday! I had an awesome day, and look forward to an awesome year ahead of me, with a personal goal of being in better shape that ever on the day that I turn 50! It looks like the next year of my life will be the best ever! New books coming out, new magazine articles, new DVD series, more great training events and my own mook jong design on the market! Not to mention a few other things I have in the works (and remember, I said I wouldn't mention them so don't ask ... you'll just have to wait and see)! Thanks again! You are a great bunch of people!
