Hello Everyone!
Well, it looks like my schedule will soon expand to teaching four nights per week. Starting very soon, I will be teaching on Monday and Thursday nights from 7:30 to 8:30 at Performance Fitness in Trussville, Alabama (right off the Deerfoot Parkway Exit from I-59 - between I-59 and Highway 11 on Deerfoot). There will probably be monthly seminars there as well! They have an awesome wooden aerobics room floor that is perfect for Jeet Kune Do training!
These classes are totally separate from other Hardcore Jeet Kune Do classes, and will have their own fee structure. I have not decided exactly what the fee will be at this time, but I assure you that it will be quite reasonable. I am thinking probably dues of $60.00 per month, with an initial membership fee of $40.00 per member (covers cost of necessary training equipment). In other words, $100.00 to start and $60.00 a month from that point on, with no contract!
I will take a different approach to teaching these classes right from the start, so it will be beneficial for ANYONE who wishes to attend. Classes will be intense, and will run straight through the entire hour with no breaks. I will make further announcements as the time gets closer for classes to start, but right now it looks like we will start off at full enrollment! You do not have to be a member of Performance Fitness to be in the class.
Those of you who have been asking for more training, here's your chance!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This in no way effects the class schedule at the Hardcore Jeet Kune Do Academy in Homewood! These are ADDITIONAL classes, NOT replacement classes! Fee structure is separate from the Hardcore Jeet Kune Do Academy, and any members wanting to train will need to realize that!
