NEW HARDCORE JEET KUNE DO CLASS NOW FORMING!

Starting Monday night, June 4th, Sifu Lamar M. Davis II will be conducting Hardcore Jeet Kune Do classes at Performance Fitness in Trussville, Alabama. Performance Fitness is located right off the Deerfoot Parkway Exit from I-59, on the stretch of the Parkway between I-59 and Highway 11. The address is 4901 Deerfoot Parkway. The classes will be held on Monday and Thursday nights from 7:30 to 8:30 in the aerobics room. You do not have to be a member of Performance Fitness to participate in the classes. The fee for training is set at $60.00 per month, which is extremely reasonable. There is a $40.00 initial membership fee for the class, which is for the purchase of equipment necessary for the training. So in other words, $100.00 to start and $60.00 per month from that point on, with no contract. Class fees are to be paid directly to Sifu Davis IN CASH or online through Paypal (https://www.paypal.com ) to the Paypal account ID Sifu@HardcoreJKD.com . Membership fee and first month's dues must be paid before any training is rendered or participation is allowed. For training, you will need comfortable clothing and athletic shoes with non-marking soles. Membership is exclusive and limited to SIXTEEN participants. Training is of a very serious nature, and classes are offered for ADULTS ONLY! Both males and females are welcome to participate. To get started just show up for class or call Sifu Lamar M.
