Well, after reading this, I doubt very seriously that I will order it! This is probably just a re-hash of things that most martial artists already know, just put together in a different way! Also, it has that "too good to be true" ring to it! Usually when something seems that way, IT IS too good to be true!

It reminds me of those old Charles Atlas ads that used be in comic books. Probably about as effective as the x-ray glasses.

Hey I just order my X-Ray glasses LOL. Anything that sounds to good to be true or if you can't find someone who tried it. It is not worth spending money on.Trust me on this one.

I know this sounds stupid but i've thought about ordering it because it doesn't seem too expensive eveb if it isn't that good. Maybe it is nothing new but it could be organized in a really good way that could be helpful to develop those qualities like speed, power and flexibility.

I actually bought it and it was downloadable instantly. I have to say that its not too bad, it does have some decent information in it for power and speed etc. It seems very similar to the Art of Expressing the Human Body by John Little so it seems seems pretty informative about things. The only thing I didn't like was some of the bonuses, the one bonus was a guide to pressure point striking which I think was taken from an old US Army manual lol.

Overall it's fairly decent but just don't buy the package with the bonuses like I did lol.

Just kidding. I'm sure it has some good information. It's whole presentation was so comic book-esque.
I'm surprised some of these banners don't offer "martial-arts" sea monkeys! Tiny families of sea monkeys wearing gi can spar each other in tiny dojos. Not much more misleading than the original ads.

I looked into this a little and it appears to be written by a guy named Andrew Barker. I didn't find a lot on him, but from what I've seen he's from the Ted Wong lineage.

Out of pure curiosity I ordered the cheap package to see if there was really any workout info in there. I got about 5 documents, a couple of which appear to be written by Ted Wong himself. I wonder if he got permission for that? Anyway, the main document was actually written by Andrew Barker and you can tell because it's 3/4 full of the same over-enthusiastic marketing junk as the web site. The other 1/4 just talks about basic workouts. Definitely nothing new or revolutionary as it claims. There was some isometric and plyometric stuff, but if you've ever looked into those, you've seen this all before.

So he claims to have a money back guarantee if you're not satisfied. I'm going to test that out now :)

To follow up, I just replied to the guy that sent me the documents detailing why I wasn't satisfied, and he did refund my money in full. I have to give him credit there.

I didn't feel entirely satisfied either and sent him an email. He replied and returned my money in just over two hours

I definitely give him credit for doing that.
