Kicks

Hi Sifu,

What are the "Low Toe" and "Groin Toe" kicks? Is the "Low Toe kick" the straight kick with the toe (the one that digs into the kneecap from underneath), or is it something else?

Also, what footwork was used to close with kicks in Seattle and Oakland? Was it the shuffle kick (the one where you shuffle the rear foot halfway to the lead foot before kicking)?

You are correct on all accounts! The groin toe kick is pretty much just what it says! A straight kick to the groin with the toe of your shoe! OUCH!!!!
