It was great celebrating Sifu Davis' 50th birthday with all of you. I am glad to have met some new people, such
as John Drake, and others. It was great to
see some of you that I haven't seen in awhile.
Great to have Jack back with us. Let's keep
him and all the military in our prayers for
God's protection and guidance.

Hello Dick!

Thanks for being there! It was great getting together with everyone, both new and old students, as well as everyone who falls somewhere in between! I guess we're all getting older! As long as we keep thinking positive and working to keep our bodies in great shape, I believe that we can just keep right on going! I don't know about you, but I hope that twenty years from now I'll be at the gym working out and ovehear someone say, "Man, the Energizer bunny ain't got nothin' on that dude!"
