I was wondering if anybody incorporates iron palm training into their JKD training? I was also wondering if it is a good idea to do iron palm training?

not exactly iron palm

I have two wing chun wall bags that I filled up with BB's (42,000 per bag) and use those to train by fist, sat sao and palm strikes. If you do use this method start slowly as the BB's hurt like all get out. I do not use any special litament as they do in iron palm. After this past camp I am considering banging my arms on the wall bags as well.

You will ruin your hands if you are doing the iron palm training not the way I am training my hands. As I said it it is not iron palm that I am doing.
