Straight Blast

Hi Sifu,

I have a question about the "Power Blast" you showed me in the past. Can it be done with either a vertical fist or a horizontal fist (which I was shown)? I've been experimenting with both. I prefer simply using the Straight Blast, but I've been combining them for them for training purposes lately, and it's interesting.

You also worked with me on "stationary" and "pursuit" blasting. Are these all the variations of the blast?

Hello Rene!

Actually, the power blast is done with either a vertical or diagonal fist, but no horizontal! Some may say that there are more ways to blast, but they are just slight variations of the normal straight blast or the power blast.
