Yes, that is indeed John Bourne! This was a clip from a seminar that I taught in Nottingham, England. Not exactly something I would have chosen to put on youtube, but I guess someone liked it! LOL

I personally think another clip of you should be put on youtube. With a good clip demonstrating your speed and power, i'm sure you will have many people impressed and want to train with you

well you could say the same about me. All weekend I said get that camera away from me and immediately made a half arsed effort until it was gone. Lamar will tell you.
Its a bit like some guys who when the cameras around start teaching a different method. I just play **** :-)

Besides he would'nt publicly recommend people train with me if I didn't know what I was doing, after all he has a reputation to uphold.
