Hello Gregg!
I have the kicking form from several sources, but I have never bothered to learn it, even though it appears to be pretty simple. Maybe there will come a time when I don't have anything else to do and I will take the time to learn the form! All it is basically is putting a few kicks together with footwork and moving in different directions with the kicks. The good thing about the form is that it places emphasis on both legs kicking, so it is definitely good for developing right and left leg kicks equally. It also emphsizes working from both right and left bai jong. There are two finger jabs in the form, but everything else is kicking.
Keep Blasting!
