I need some suggestions on how to set these up with out using any walls since I can't make any changes to the place i live in.

mount a four by four to the wall with L shaped brackets, this would leave only small holes in the wall, then you could drill that for the springarm. Otherwise I think you would have to build a post for it with a large enough base, crossed and weighted down, that it would not move with you.

Springarm Mounting ... A New Idea!

Today I am working on a doorway mounting system idea for both my springarms and mook jong. The springarm station would include the necessary position for chi sao rotation if you have two springarms, and also several height adjustment positions for the springarms, as well as a head height target for striking purposes. This mounting system could be put up and taken down in minutes! I haven't decided what this mounting method will cost, but should know by the end of the day.

Doorway/Wall Mounting Setup

I am currently working on the final version of the Springarm doorway/wall mounting system. I should have photos for everyone to see by Tuesday, at which time I will post them here. Everyone will be blown away by the final version. It will make the prototype shown look pathetic!
