Kwoon Remodelling Almost Finished!!!!!

Hello Everyone!

As most of you probably know by now, there have been some major developments/changes in the Hardcore Jeet Kune Do Academy over the last two weeks. The MMA program is no longer there. Unfortunately, this meant that there was no need to have two building spaces occupied, so I have had to completely remodel the inside of the older part of the kwoon in preparation to start doing everything there as of the 30th (this coming Friday). I am actually ahead of schedule, and it looks like I might be finished a day or two early.

We will still have class on the new side Tuesday and Thursday of this week, but starting Friday night, everything will move back to the old side. The opening between the buildings will be permanently sealed up either Thursday or Friday of this week. This means back to the complete private club atmosphere with no distractions, which is awesome as far as I'm concerned. Students/event participants will enter through the side door in the narrow concrete alley between the kwoon and the building next door.

Due to problems in the past, I have improved/upgraded the security level, and NO ONE is allowed inside the building unless I am present! I look forward to seeing everyone's response to the remodelling. I think you are going to be VERY PLEASED!

I want to say that I personally know how much time, money and work that Sifu has put into the kwoon. I also want to say that any and all the equipment that is in the kwoon should not be abused. Example: I have seen the result of people kicking a mook jong leg with great force. The leg is not meant to be kicked this way. It is there for a reference to enter in on as well as getting that leg check. Because it was hammered with kicks the leg is crooked and the frame has been worn. Sifu built the mook and all the other equipment for use not abuse.

If you want to abuse your equipment then go ahead.
