Hi Lamar
Have you any training tips for me for the New year?

We did 5 minute rounds the other night with jab cross on the pads and the pad holder trying to crash the range all the time,it was hard to keep him at bay as the pressure increased!
I hope that you all have a happy and lovely Christmas.
