Generic excercise advise, does not take into account individuals. Always remember this. I hear people say, "I popped a dvd of yoga or Denise-whatever, and worked out for 30 minutes" stuff like that sends chills up my spine!

Have you ever seen how most of today's office workers look like? Yup, lawyers, cops, limo drivers... I got these for clients, who exhibit the signs of their lifestyles. Ever wonder why you cant spit without hitting a chiropractor, orthopedic surgeon or a physical therapist?

Everyone does the pre-packaged thing...go check out your local gym, and pick someone at random and ask them if they have their written log with them....maybe one in 50 people actually know how to exercise correctly.

Not ranting, but top ten workouts is what you see in the gym, and only leads amongst many:
postual deviations, pattern overload (specially when using machines), kinetic chain dysfunctions. All of which I see everyday.

My advise? inform yourself. Hire a professional personal trainer...preferably, one who is a physiologist. No, do not point at the guy in the corner in the gym, doing 10 sets of 400lbs. chest presses....thats a no-no!

hm...sorry that my first post here is a rant !

Yes your correct the post is just general information about excercise. All these excercises can be modified in numerous ways to fit a personal routine. At the end of the day when done correctly the excercises only help a persons health.
