Just wanted to let everyone know there's a new Bruce Lee article in the April edition of Muscle and Fitness. They talk about his workout routine. Probably don't have to tell Sifu...he's probably got two copies already!

Trust me Brother, the photos are definitely nothing that you haven't already seen many times over! In fact, that is one thing that really disappointed me about the article ... NO NEW or RARE PHOTOS ... AT ALL! In skimming through the article, I did learn one thing that I didn't already know! Bruce Lee was a black belt in Wing Chun! How about that! All this time in JF/JKD and I NEVER knew that! I wish I was a black belt in Wing Chun! LOL
