Second March Training Session

Hello Everyone!

Just a friendly reminder to you all: The second March training session at the Hardcore Jeet Kune Do Academy is this Saturday (29th). Starting time is 2:00 Saturday afternoon, and training goes to 6:00. The emphasis of the session will be the basic structure of Hardcore Jeet Kune Do hand and leg attacks. We will be using the focus gloves, working both single and combination attacks, with and without footwork. It will be a very intense session, and a great learning experience for all who attend! Beginning level students are encouraged to wear bag gloves to avoid injury to hands. The fee for training is $50.00 for members and $60.00 for Non-Members, unless you are on the prepaid member program. I will look forward to seeing all of you at 2:00 Saturday afternoon. Ken Is Coming!!!!

Hello Everyone!

I don't know how many of you knew about this, but Ken Jones, one of my very best friends and Apprentice Instructors, from Bowling Green, KY, was involved in a serious automobile accident on his last trip down to Alabama two weeks ago for training! His car was totalled, and he was banged up a bit. I heard from him last night and he sounded good. He has recovered, and will be here for training this coming Saturday! It was great news to hear that he is OK, and while still not up to 100%, he will be back training with us so soon! Please keep him in your prayers for his continued recovery! See you Saturday Ken!
