Change In Upcoming MayTraining Dates

Hello Everyone!

I wanted to take a moment to inform everyone that the dates have changed for the classes/seminars in May. They will now be held on Saturday, May 17th and Saturday, May 31st, from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the Hardcore Jeet Kune Do Academy, located at 205 2nd Avenue East in Oneonta, Alabama. The fee for training is $60.00 for non-members and $50.00 for members (unless you are on the student monthly pay program ... you know who you are). We will continue our study of striking mechanics, getting into the most important hand techniques of Hardcore Jeet Kune Do, and also ABC (Attack By Combination) using these hand techniques. We will also work on proper mechanics for combining hand/foot tools. Remember, as always, dinner at the China Wok after class! I hope to see many of you there!
