I had a great time like always at class. Learning the basic fundamentals of Chi Sao was great. My right arms is a little sore but I loved every minute of it.

I think after more practice I will do fine. Right now I feel myself thinking about what im doing. I noticed when I wasnt thinking about it and just doing it I was fine. But when I started thinking to myself keep right elbow up and left elbow down I would screw up every time. haha

When I would look at the person im facing and not at my hands I felt I was doing better as well. Hopefully when I get my "WORLD CLASS" HardCore Mook Jong I can practice more often. My wife dosent like to be my test dummy. LOL
