The Apprentice Instructor Camp II will be held the week of November 3rd through 8th. There would be an evening session (7:00 to 9:00) on Monday, an afternoon (2:00 to 5:00) and evening (7:00 to 9:00)session Tuesday through Friday, finishing up with a 2:00 to 6:00 session on Saturday. The fee will be $300.00 if paid in advance, and $400.00 at the door (fee lowered due to no morning classes, and to help everyone with expenses). Here is a bit more information for those interested:
This is a six day intensive training course geared for those interested in one day becoming Instructors of Jeet Kune Do. It will be held at my main Hardcore Jeet Kune Do Academy, located a 205 2nd Avenue East (Highway 75) in Oneonta, Alabama. I will personally be doing all of the teaching. Previous training is preferred, but not absolutely required, as the event is open to anyone of any skill level. The focus of the training is going to be the Jik Chung Chuie (Bruce Lee's famous "straight blast"), The Interception, Explosive Trapping Hands, Seong Chi Sao w/Trapping, Mook Jong Training, Springarm Training, Sil Lim Tao form and Dynamic Entering Methods (closing the gap with real firepower). There will be more of course, but the topics mentioned will be greatly emphasized. The training will be very intense, and students will need headgear, boxing gloves, JKD Gloves and shinguards allowing mobility, yet able to withstand stop kicks! At the completion of the training, the student will receive a nice certificate, showing that they participated in this event. If anyone has further questions, please feel free to ask!
We use them to train interception, lin sil die dar, combative chi sao and also for sparring. Yours is just like what my guys wear, only ours is the all black version!

Does this headgear protects the nose from being hit. I bought a headgear, but it doesn't do the job. What kind of shin guards do you recommend?
So far, this headgear has been very protective of my student's noses! No nose damage whatsoever!
As for shinguards, as John already posted, Revgear makes a shiguard that is lightweight, yet very shock absorbing, that is designed to be worn with shoes on, which is perfect for Jeet Kune Do!
