I believe I ran into to this article about a year ago. I found it somewhat interesting.

As for me JKD will never replace My Christ,but in a sense this is still an inspiring article how someone stuck in the "Trap" got out of it with JKD.

That is inspiring. Though they missed one detail:
"Jeet Kune Do means the art of the interceptive fish."

that was an interesting article. i have read that the former lead singer of the stone temple pilots was training in wing chun to help overcome his addiction. and the intercepting fish thing was kind of funny. i suppose the do alot of hook kicks and hook punches. spend time crashing the "line". also, do you suppose he is doing "reel" jeet kune do? sorry. couldnt resist the bad puns....
