Hey Guys,

After an unfortunate flight delay, Sifu Lamar arrived into Hamilton from Buffalo Airport around 9pm. Just like anyone else after a long travel day, Sifu was hungry, so we took him out for a late night dinner full of laughs, stories and info on JKD, his seminar travels, his early training days in JKD. He had great things to say about his time in the UK. I could tell that trip was an experience that he really enjoyed.

Anyone can email me as I would imagine that Steve might be away from his computer but I'll have my blackberry and I can relay the message.

I'm hoping to get a chance to post updates of how the seminar is going throughout the weekend.

It looks like Tom Drake and I are going to be confused for each other online. I guess it was bound to happen. Even when I introduce myself to people and I say my name nice and clear, they respond with "Nice to meet you Tom". . . . awesome! :)

Just kidding Declan. I think it's funny. I'm the type of person that something will make me laugh before it will make me mad.
