Kenwood TK3101

Hi

I'm trying to find a way to increase the power on my TK3101.

I've read about a program kpg54d, so firstly, how can I get this program & a cable to connect to a PC to view the radio setup?

Also, what is 'tones'?

Also, can the squelch & modulation can be set via pots inside the radio?

Also, any experience in a BNC conversion for this radio?
