there are albinos in most other breeds and species - the mutation is fairly common to some degree or another, especially when people decide to exploit it, as they seem to be want to do.. gimmicks... I saw a movie not long ago with an albino Boxer - I know there are white ones as well, but this was obviously albino, as are the Dobermans, with the lack of pigment in the skin and eyes. No breed is safe from this sort of gimmick mongering...
