My experience with responsible breeders has been that not only do they crop all the puppies, but they will not sell an uncropped puppy. I know of numerous vets who will crop before 14 weeks. 10 weeks is the norm for the vets I know. But of course, you really aren't talking about responsible breeders, but puppy producers and bybs. We've had that discussion before.
