You don't have 'whites' if you have Dobermans - you have albinoid Dobermans which inherently have vision problems - something that isn't detectable by an annual eye exam. Did you have performance titles to present as evidence that the albino Doberman is as capable a worker as its non-genetically defective counterpart?
