Fight for Playoff Spots & Seedings - Stretch Run Schedules

Top spot in the East is still up for grabs between the NYR, Pens and Flyers. NYR & Pens have the advantage right now with 5 and 4 point leads on the Flyers and they both also have a game in hand as well. The Flyers will play the Pens 2X's boith on the road) and the NYR once more (Home). They can do much to help themselves & improve their own lot (and maybe take the Conference) if they can win those games. It can also work against them as any kind of stumble could allow the NJD to get ahead of them.
Boston isn't a lock right now for the #2 spot as Fla.(or even Washington) could take that away. Not locked in yet to the playoffs but falling out is extremely unlikely.
Carolina and Tampa are still alive but one of them would have to get red hot starting NOW and probably would need to run the table in order to make it.
#6 NJD look like they are locked in right where they're at as they trail the Flyers by 5 points & lead #7 Ottawa by 5 points.
