Gee, Brodeur has only been playing the puck for 20 years...let's play it to him almost every time.
Let's take the one hitter that is lifting others to do the same off for long stretches and go back into a lazy circling shell of apathy, and then say later how hard everybody was trying.
Let's blow the lead every time for four straight games.
To me this all starts on the bench. Laviolette should be on watch for his team's lack of preparation all year. Yes, there were lots of changes and beating the Tankers was still awesome, but the lack of strategy in this last pitiful display was unbelievable. Ever hear of a cross corner dump?
Anyways...whatever...go Phoenix, I guess...don't really care though...
Do you think if Rinaldo was in for game 2, and NJ lost two D, that our fate might have changed some? I think it would have.
