Not that I'm an expert, but
Anything that would normally be done specifically with a significant other, when done with someone other then your significant other (Sex, dates, any sort of affection, special plans, etc) would be cheating, in my humble opinion. Provided it's done with someone that one might actually be capable of dating
There would be rare exeptions, but that's my general guideline
