Congrats Oz,
It is tough but you made it and they are lucky to have you. You can hire a starving student to help with house and yard to give you a head start and divide up the paperwork doing a little bit of the back stuff as you keep up from here on in. Is there an intern or student volunteer that you could get to do some of this while you do something else? All the docs I know except for Dr Centeno use voice software and speak the whole thing into a phone as the patient is leaving and then spend an hour at the end of the day to edit it...
You may want to consider stemcells for your knee it is about 7500 dollars but well worth it.
