Hi Donna,
So glad that you liked Bone Smart!! I just love it. I am now 9 weeks out on right knee and 2 weeks on the left. I am so glad to be on the other side. Now every day it will get better. I have had a few set backs with my neck, it has decided to go back in to muscle spazams because of the walker and cane's. But even that should settle back down after I am able to walk and get out of chairs unaided. By June I have hopes of being able to dance at 40th Ann. party. And then put the big Flag Days event on the next weekend. That is all I am asking for. I look forward to seeing you on Bone Smart.

Hope that you are doing well. Miss talking to you here on the board. But there is nothing I can do about this forum, I tryed to see if I could get people to post again but, it was a no go. I will alway try to check in to see if there is and new post.
