I need to get motivated.

I've got a biofeedback appointment with the pain phycologist at 2 and I haven't even gotten dressed yet this morning.

I was kinda in a hurry to get out ,, while the sun was out to take the pics of the tree's down by the river today

The trees looked all to be covered in diamonds !!!


I had no power yesterday
we had an ice storm
which lasted for hours and hours on end
it was suppose to be mix freezing rain and then
ten to fifteen cent. snow

we got ten cent. ice.

went with out power from . 11:30 am - 11:45 pm
last night .

Today we recieved a dust of snow

very very pretty

minus ten
chilly brrrrr


next time I'll Yell
