Wow, deer, that sounds beautiful, there used to be one that came to our front yard..loved our grass. I'm gonna try the oatmeal, did u say u added syrup? Cool!!
Where we live we get some wicked storms that usually start in november, we had our first real storm Monday and into tuesday morning. The freezing rain is what causes he!! here. We have heat tape for our pipes, its standard here...just plug it in and with in 15 minutes the water runs again...if you dont have that then just let water trickle, in kitchen and bathroom...keeps the steady flow so it cant freeze, just dont use hot or warm water.
It has been about 6 degrees F here, that is actually warmer than all other years, usually gets as low as minus 35 degrees celcius which is minus 30 degrees in F I think not familiar with farenheit, had to check my thermometer, lol. The wind chill factor always jacks it up about 10 degrees or drops it what ever you call it.
We actually have about 5 inches of snow, this time of year we usually have about 24 to 36 inches and that doesnt get washed away with rain!!! We are enjoying this...to us its like Florida weather, lol.
