Its hard to believe how this crap keeps happening, its driving me crazy!!! Hopefully, we'll have water soon.

It was so hard to sleep lastnite cause everything from discovery kept racing thru my mind. Gonna try to put it out of my thoughts today...or at least not see it every waking minute, lol.

take care everyone, i'll be posting again soon.

As my Grandmother use to say "it all ways something" Hopefully
the problem will be fixed. Annie I know how everything must be going around and around in your head. But remember today IS a new day.

Hi Lee and CAA!

Oh, this way too much!!! there is snow outside, but I always keep a couple of gallons of water tucked away...in case this happens...i freshen it up every few weeks.

I just miss the convenieces, water for dishes, water for washing clothes, taking a shower and water for constantly washing my hands!!!

Thanks Lee for saying I did great based on what u have read...it was very scary. How are u doing with your career? It sounds like an interesting job...never boring.

Red you grandma was right, there IS ALWAYS SOMETHING. I'm trying to clean up the house and keep my mind occupied so i dont dwell on it...trying totake it easy at the same time...boys finally went back to school today...plus little guy goes to daycare afterwards...sooo I have until 5pm to relax and do what i can.

When i woke up this morning, my arms were very tender and sore, just below my elbows...touched there and i have 2 very noticable lumps, one on each arm...the only thing i can think of is usually i had my arms/elbows on the table, with my head rested on them for quite a while yesterday...also, I am as stiff and sore today as if I had another car accident!!! Could I really have been that stressed and tense??? I'm serious, the lumps are very tender.

Anyway, post again soon, gonna check see how the water is coming. There was one little drop from the sink in bathroom, could that be i sign that water is on the way??? It has warmed up to about 18F, so maybe its thawing with the heat and the heat tape plugged in...hard to say.

luv

my career? Still hunting! This morning found a position at one of state's court as Legal Administrative Specialist II and in reading the requirements, I met all the requirement, including typing speed of 60 wpm!!! I was told that MOST poeple can't even type that fast anymore, thank to computers which allow us to be more sloppy and slower.

This job opening closes tomorrow. SOOOOOOOOOOOO,, I best get that applicaton in and I hate cover letter!

Hi Annie

January 18 2007, 10:35 AM

My mom used to say "if it weren't for bad luck, you'd have no luck at all." LOL. She used to say that to me after I married my ex and boy was she right.

It seems like when we're down and out, everything that comes up unexpectedly to disrupt our lives seems like a huge disaster. Just try and think of the time when you settle and you've got some extra money in your pocket. Things won't seem so bad then. Another one "money might not make the world go round, but it sure helps grease the wheel." (that's my saying, lol)

I think, when you get your settlement, you and your hubby need to take a break from all you've been through together. Forget the past and start anew. How? Take a trip together some place warm and exotic. Yeah girl. I'm serious. You deserve it! Now, get on that computer and put together a dream vacation. It doesn't have to cost alot. You would be surprised how much it will renew your lives and your love for each other.

A trip, yes that would be nice! If you need help, let me know! Ran a travel agency for years and finally sold it 3 years ago once the internet deals got better and better! We went on a cruise 4 months ago and that was nice - no Doctors, paperwork or calls! We are always thinkig of the next trip

We lost the one pipe and everytime the temp drops I get so worried! The MVA has affected our finances so much that ANY new cost, is a bad thing!

Hoping you get your water back soon! Do you have electricity? We have lost that so much this year -- such a terrible winter. LOVE having a wood stove -- even cooked pork chops on it when we were out of power and water LOL
