ANS

Anyone watch the hearing yesterday on CNN and MSNBC to decide who gets ANS (Anna Nicole Smith) body so someone can buy this poor woman. It's beyond me that they would not have had this hearing sooner. Her body is now deteriorating (bcz they argued over when they could embalm her). It's so sad.

She was such a vivacious and beautiful woman when she was alive and now look at what they are doing to her remains. They played a video tape of her that was made after her mom accused her and Howard K. Stern of murdering Danny. She hates her mom so why would there even be a hearing.

I think Howard should be able to take her "home" and bury her beside her son who she undoubtedly would want to be buried by-no alone in Texas.

Whatcha'll think?

Donna,
Did you see on the news where they showed home viedos that Howard had taken of her when she was 8 months pregnant with her daugther? It was so sad. She had her face made up like a sick clown and he keep asking her question. Like are you on a mushroom trip? And she did not know what he meant, she was so out of it. I do not know why he would do that to her. And in one viedo he is heard saying this will be worth some money. It was so sad to think that he would do that to her. And the Judge had a fit about the whole court mess. So sad

I dont like Howard Stern, he seems very slimy and I think he was just riding the gravy train. I wouldnt doubt it if he had something to do with her sons death, and with her death. I hope the other guy ( Larry Birkhead) is the father.

Hi all

February 23 2007, 8:17 AM

Howard Stern was accused by Larry Birkhead of supplying ANA w/drugs (methadone) even when she was in the hospital in rehab. She had an IV drip giving her very low dosages of drugs to wean her off, but Howie comes in w/a duffle bag and whips out more drugs.

I do disagree w/reports that if he weren't around, she wouldn't be on drugs. If one wants drugs, and with the money she has, she would have gotten he drugs.

I just hope this paternity thing gets settled soon while the baby is still an infant. If this thing goes for long, it will be very hard on her to be taken from Howard (if that's the case, and I do think he's not he father). On another note, is Larry Birkhead prepared to give up his single life and be a single dad. He made a comment other day that made me uncomfortable in that he said he just wanted to prove he was the father. Whether he would take custody and raise the child is another matter.

Did anyone catch court tv yesterday?

They have finally released her body . but they releaded it over to the baby's appointed guardian ad litum. I'm not htinking that the guardian is real impressed with that.

I didn't watch it, but I read about it. Personally, I think that was HIGHLY unusual to have an attorney of the baby to have custudy of Smith's body.

Normally, it should had been parent to have the "first in line" if there's no adult children, but I am guessing her mother don't want to do antyhing about it because she blames her for drug uses.

I hope this all ends soon ,
Nobody has had any time to mourn .
All media FRENZY

Emotions

I say lets end the whole process and find out who is the father of the little baby girl

Give custody of the baby to the rightful father and give that father the rights of where his daughter's mother is buried .

End of story ..
such a tragic ending
at least give her daughter the rights inwhich that would be the guardian of that child.

Of course considering both sides of the story , let the father of that child decide for his daughters mothers proper burial.

Hopefully of course with her son .

I agree with you...

I believe ANS bought that plot in the Bahamas because she INTENDED< WISHED> WANTED to be buried next to her son..(DUH!) she was a grown women and made this decision; although I could Understand her mother's feelings of wanting her daughter, ultimately it was Anna's wishes to be carried out. ALSO< Howard Stern is getting a bad rap--ANS 'married' him in a comittment ceremony--he is the legal father. Later Larry could file for a blood test..but the issue was burial.

I felt so sorry, Anna had enought drama, pain and disrespect, she deserves to rest in peace with her son..

she, to me, was a grieving mother. I have learned not to judge; especially after my injuries.

Godspeed Anna. ><>

"I felt so sorry, Anna had enought drama, pain and disrespect, she deserves to rest in peace with her son.."

I disagree, she had NO RESPECT for her surviving daughter.
