How are you making out with your new old doc? I think I've got that right. Did you finally get something for pain?


The kids are all home and my brain's not working well right now. I can take anything for pain until they go to bed later.

lol, technically thats what she is new old doc, she was around for a long time but I just started seing her lately...she said she would see me until I can find a permanent family dr...I have an appointment with another dr on the 22nd, she would be the closest I could find, she's a 40 minute drive one way!!!

I finally did get my pain meds! My chrons specialist came back from maternity leave and saw the pain in my face, she was quite upset, wrote me a prescription and sent clinic a letter telling them IN NO WAY IS SHE SUPPOSED TO BE TREATED AS AN ADDICT AND SHE SHOULD BE GIVEN THE DEMEROL WHEN SHE NEEDS IT! Needless to say when I went back to new old doc, she had my prescription ready...thank God for my specialist.

I am feeling better today just the pain meds Im sure tho...Blue cross stopped paying for the Botox, that has left me needing more pain meds, and its left me quite peed off too!!! E mailed my lawyer and his assistant...they are trying to get it covered...not sure how tho, they just sent me a read receipt from e mail...if they expect sec b to pay they dont have much time left.

Amazing how an mva can destroy our lives, well not destroy but sure change us huh?

PHEW! Sorry so long a post but on that note, how are you doing? I'm just too lazy to re read posts, lol.

Wow, I'm so glad that your finally heading in the right direction as far as getting to to see a decent doc and getting pain meds to at least help some.

Blue Cross, their such a joke. They allow the stupid stuff and deny stuff that works. Sorry to rant about tehm, but their a bunch of mental midgets!

It's the same stuff here. The lawyer is working forward on my demand letter. I'm getting nervous about going in for anotehr round of trigger point injections tomorrow, just the same ole' No better but thank god no worse.
