I think I'm almost back to the land of the living. I've still got this stupid cold and cough. But at least now I feel almost human again.

I had PT this past Tuesday and called them on Wednesday and told them I would not be going back again. This is crap going to PT and spending 3 days trying to be able to move again. Nope ain't gonna do it.

But I've got an appointment for another pain clinic on June 5th. This time its not with a physiatrist but with the Dept of Anesthesiology. So hopefully I can get motivated in the right direction now.

I guess thats about it. Still raining and the weatherman is saying Nor' easter for us today into tomorrow. We're supposed to be getting 6 inches of rain today so they've already put up flood warnings.

Sitting waiting for hubby to get home. He was supposed to get out of work at 7 this morning but they sent him out at 4 this morning to take a patient to a nursing home in Canada. So I figure we probably won't see him until 3 or so this afternoon.

Sorry to hear that you are still under the weather with your cold. I hope that it will get better soon and you will be back to your oldself. Dang it I told you that rain some times has a mind of its own. We are in for more Monday and Tuesday. But at least all the farmers will have their crops in by then. We will just have to wait and see how bad it gets. But replanting some is better then not getting it in.

Been trying to get kitchen and bath ready for their new floors. Will be happy when this is done and things get back to normal around here. All this cleaning is killing me.

We feel for ya viruses going around take forever to get rid of...if PT was bothering you so badly glad you quit, people just wont listen to us!!! With pt I had, it was pretty good, only because there was nothing physical just heat, tens, and accupuncture...she said she wouldnt dare get me moving for a while yet...she gave me 3 months of 3 times a week before she even tried a treadmill...i was lucky there.

I sure hope the rain slows down...floods are dangerous...hope hubby gets back safe and sound, here in Atlantic Canada we are having floods, nothing major yet but we are expecting rain until Tuesday so it could get worse.

Just stay safe and try to have a wonderful pain free day!

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I wanted to mention .. ... . PT helped me in some areas
and killed me in other areas .. yah dont even want to go there.
I hear yah ..
I believe the PT needs to be really tuned in to your pain and chief complaints
IF NOT .. they have no idea the trauma it causes on our bodies when they have too much
happening at the same time .

Whiplash is not a QUICK FIx .. and dont we
know !

Let us know hubby returned safely and all is well .. and the weather is another story and a half .. dont want to brag . but its warm during the day and cool at night .. need to wear a sweater .
