I'm thinking you are the Bug in a transport accident ? or work related accident ?

How 's it going Bug ... what are you doing for pain relief .. if any ?

Has any thing changed for the better ?

Seven years coming up in october for me

I continue to go down hill rather than up

I hope your life in these four years have been working in your favour my friend

Pain free and bouncing on a trampoline sounds fun
