My aunt believe it or not is doing somewhat better. Their sending her to the nursing home today. I can hardly believe it. The old bird has a will like no other and also she's had all your prayers. Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart.

I've been in pain the last couple of days and in bed. I was doing so very well when the weather stayed warm. It's been cooler and wet off and on. I hate this pain as we all do. Been having to take pain pills every four hours and I had done better than that.

In the last two months I have fallen at least 3 times and I'm worried that the fusion in the S1 joint was damaged. It wasn't fused all the way and now the pain is in that area too. I can't seem to catch myself if I go off balance.

My son-in-law lays concrete for a living and he's sending his guys out next Wednesday to put in new steps off the back porch for me....and a small patio. I've fallen out that back door 3 times alone. Last time I hit the dog fence and then the concrete and took a hard fall. I take the trash out that door and the steps are steep.

Well your all caught up on my pitifull life. I do thank you all for your prayers for my aunt. I just don't know who I would have if I didn't have you....my dear friends.

Love and gentle hugs, Tammy

Tammy,
So glad to hear good news on your Aunt.
She has really had a rough time of it,
Not happy to hear that you have fallen.
Steep steps are hard enough to walk down
for anyone, much less when you have a
bad back. I hope that your wonderful
son-in-law can get that problem fixed for
you.

The falls I've taken were over the last two years none recent but it will be a relief for the new steps.

I have a cane but never use it. My kids have said the same thing that I could catch myself better so I will give it a try. Since the surgeries I don't have the bounce back nor am I able to catch myself and keep myself from falling. I had something the other night fall on the floor off of my bed and I reached down for it but couldn't get back up like a normal person and had to lower myself down to the floor.

Sometimes I wonder if the fact I'm getting older too doesn't have something to do with it but I wasn't anywhere near this shape before the MVA.

I hope all my friends are doing well. I think and pray for you all every night.

I know my aunt has heart disease and this will probably be the cause of her death but I appreciate all your prayers. I will use the extra time to make sure I spend each day trying to make her happy.

Love to you all. Tammy

Oh Tammy, thats wonderful news about your aunt!

Yikes about the SI joint though. Gosh how did you fall? I know I'm hoping for a long shot here, but hopefully it'll start feeling better as the weather improves.

Sorry I did write months....it's been the last two years.
The last time was before the S1 surgery....after the lumbar. I'm so sorry.....it's me that's losing my mind.
