Its been a very interesting afternoon.

Well, I'm not coming off the Lyrica. My doc told me not to worry about the insurance not paying for it. He gave me a 2 month supply of samples tpday and told me he'd keep supplying them for me. Also got my vicodin refilled for another 2 months.

But he finally read the report from the pain clinic today and I go in at 8 tomorrow morning for an emergency SPECT scan. Apparently the clinic thinks I may have actually gotten some little hairline fractures in my c-spine and lubar area, that never appeared on x-ray and would have healed by the time they did the MRI.

So it should be an interesting day.

How did they come up with thinking that? I always wondered how they would be able to see something really small - did you have tests that showed it or are they going on exams?

I hope they are able to help you get some comfort - how would they repair that or do you think it does it itself over time?
